Our slant screen separators feature a proprietary design that directs the conveying air towards the screen at the ideal angle to eliminate air pressure while preventing the waste material from contacting the screen. Blinding and its endless maintenance chores are virtually eliminated along with dangerous turbulence in drop chutes and downstream equipment. Up to 100% of the nonwovens, films, corrugated board and other materials drops quietly into a baler, collector bag, box, compactor or other waste container. Trim carryover is eliminated.

Developed specifically for installations where the higher capacity of our original slant screen separator may be left untapped, our S2K slant screen separator delivers the same quality, reliability and cost-efficiency of its bigger brother at low to moderate production rates. It's modeled on the same proprietary technology but is 40 percent smaller. It's ideal for high performance operation inside facilities and on rooftops where cyclones and spirators either would not fit or would not be able to handle the volume or type of material.
