Clark To Spearhead Production Strategy To Capitalize
On Dramatic Growth

Newark, DE: Tom Clark has been named operations manager for Precision AirConvey Corp. (PAC), Newark, Del. (www.PrecisionAirConvey.com). Bringing 18 years of industrial management experience including more than a decade in manufacturing operations, Clark will be responsible for manufacturing, engineering and product development for the thriving pneumatic conveying systems company. Reporting directly to CEO Tom Embley, Clark will draw on his proven track record in lean manufacturing to streamline production, strengthen synergies among manufacturing, engineering and sales personnel and ultimately maintain the company's renowned quality assurance standards during this growth period while continuing to meet its speedy delivery and installation schedules.

Mr. Clark fills a new position made possible by several consecutive years of double digit growth. The swift and substantial increase in sales and its corresponding demands on manufacturing created opportunities for streamlining operations, according to Mr. Embley. "We've become known for high quality, dependable systems and equipment and it is critical that we maintain and even improve in these areas as our customer base continues to expand," says Embley. "Tom (Clark) knows how to increase plant efficiency and productivity and streamline the entire flow of our projects from design and purchasing through manufacturing and installation. I expect him to play a key role in our continued growth and global expansion."

Mr. Clark earned a degree in business administration from Wesley College, Dover, Del., earned certification in lean manufacturing from the Association for Operations Management (APICS) and trained as a registered ISO-9000 auditor. He resides in Smyrna, Del.
