Newark, DE: A new label matrix removal system from label equipment manufacturer Precision AirConvey Corp., Newark, Del., automatically captures, cuts and evacuates sticky label matrix, trim, offcuts and other waste for easy recycling or disposal. Ideal for installation in label manufacturing, converting, packaging, printing and other facilities, the breakthrough TrimPAC PSA™ is coated with a proprietary anti-stick material that ensures the matrix is cleanly cut and smoothly evacuated without sticking to the inline cutter or piping. Costly line downtime and maintenance due to troublesome clogs are virtually eliminated.

The automated TrimPAC PSA excels in the continuous cutting and removal of pressure-sensitive adhesives and other label matrix materials. Featuring an oversized infeed as standard, the TrimPAC PSA accommodates matrix widths up to 22 inches. The TrimPAC PSA is pre-engineered for fast delivery and installation with an in-line cutter, material handling fan, piping, air separator, oversized inlet pickup and other non-stick coated elements. A range of custom options includes silent infeeds, fan enclosures, static eliminators and a mobility package.
