Newark, DE: The automated TrimPAC™ trim removal system from Precision AirConvey Corp., Newark, Del., cuts and evacuates trim and waste at speeds exceeding 5,500 fpm to permit converters to operate at the high speeds made possible by the latest slitting technology. Ideal for packaging films, label stock, paper and laminates, nonwovens, PVC, holographic material, metallized papers and other materials, the TrimPAC comfortably removes the hefty volumes of trim that overwhelm outdated trim systems and labor-intensive manual trim removal teams. The TrimPAC handles virtually any thickness or width of material at energy-efficient low horsepowers without clogging or requiring downtime for maintenance.
