Harnessing the cutting force of a hydraulically powered, 30-inch, steel blade, the PAC Model 30 Roll Splitter features an OSHA-approved safety system that enables a single operator to separate the material from the core in as little as eight seconds while safely monitoring the process through the machine’s steel and extruded aluminum cage. Since operating the PAC Model 30 Roll Splitter requires its electrically interlocked safety surround enclosure and mandrel locking device to be closed, locked and engaged, human contact with sharp cutting tools is not only eliminated but virtually impossible.
