Our trim handling systems have helped the world's largest print-to-mail, remittance, fulfillment and other mail operations:
- Eliminate dust
- Quiet noise
- Cut scrap volume
- Reduce labor costs
- Save energy
- Reduce liability
- Slash maintenance needs
- Exceed production goals
Our engineers custom design each system to handle upwards of 500,000 invoices, statements, checks, envelopes, inserts and other documents per day, automatically, in continuous operation, 24/7 with virtually no humans required. Here's how:
| 1. Remove your dusty, overloaded manual system. |
 |
 |
| 2. Install infeeds like this one between the printer and inserter. They automatically capture the trim and paper dust, whisk it away under the floor (or overhead) where it's quietly cut into confetti. |
|
 |
| 3. The confetti flows through PAC's signature symmetrical duct network, which is precisely balanced among dozens of infeeds to deliver the ideal amount of power while using the least amount of energy. |
|
 |
| 4. A material handling fan blows the confetti and conveying air into a separator. The air is filtered and returned, the dust is collected safely and the waste paper is ready for recycling. |

Automatically Destroy Startup Waste
Our advanced document destruction systems shred your bulk start-up and other paper waste automatically with virtually no human interaction. They are strategically placed in your facility where the waste is generated and seamlessly integrated into the trim system. After loading the paper onto the belt conveyor, the system shreds it and transports it in the conveying tube where it joins the trim waste en route to the baler.
